Innago earns revenue from two sources: payment processing fees when tenants pay rent online (ACH or card), and tenant screening reports. Your 25% commission is based on the revenue the landlord you referred generates through those transactions, for their first 12 months on Innago.

How do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly through Post Affiliate Pro via PayPal once your referral balance reaches $25 (balances below that roll over to the next month). Make sure your PayPal account is set up before your first payout. You can track earnings in real time through your affiliate dashboard.
When do I get my first payment?
Your first commission is paid out at the end of the month following your referral's first qualifying transaction. Most affiliates see their first payment within 30–60 days of their first referral signing up.
What counts as a referral?
A referral is counted when someone signs up for Innago using your unique affiliate link and completes their first payment transaction. Sign-ups alone don't generate commissions. The landlord needs to collect rent through Innago.
Is there a minimum to join or earn?
Joining is free with no minimum number of referrals required. There is a $25 minimum referral balance for payout. If your balance is under that, it simply rolls over to the next month until it crosses $25.
Do I need to be a landlord or Innago user?
No, anyone can join the affiliate program. You don't need to use Innago yourself to refer it, though many of our top affiliates are landlords or real estate community managers who use it daily.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
No cap on the number of referrals or your total earnings. You earn 25% on every qualifying payment from every landlord you refer, for that landlord's first 12 months on Innago. The more active landlords you refer, the more you earn.
Does my referral link expire?
No, your referral link never expires. Share it anytime and it stays tied to you for every landlord who signs up through it.
Can affiliates outside the US apply?
Yes, anyone can join the affiliate program regardless of location. Just keep in mind Innago is currently only supported for landlords and properties in the USA, so referrals should come from a US audience.
