Most property management software was built for institutional-scale landlords with large budgets — meaning it's bloated, complicated, and expensive. Innago flips that model. You get enterprise-grade features completely free, with no monthly fees, contracts, or setup costs. It's built to save you time, reduce stress, and help you grow your rental business without breaking the bank.
Getting started is simple. Just create a free account at innago.com (no credit card required). From there, you can add your properties, invite your tenants, and start collecting rent in minutes. Innago's intuitive interface is designed to be easy enough that you won't need a manual, but if you do need help, our support team is standing by, and we offer one-on-one onboarding demos by request.
In most cases, you can expect your funds within one to two business days. Payments are processed Monday–Friday 9am–5pm EST, excluding weekends and holidays (payments submitted after 5pm begin processing the next business day).
There are a few exceptions: for fraud prevention purposes, the very first time your tenant submits a payment or the first time they use a new funding source, the funds will be held for 3 business days. Likewise, if a tenant has a failed payment, the hold resets to 3 business days. Innago displays the expected deposit date on every payment, so you know exactly when to expect your funds to arrive.

Yes! Innago has a dedicated mobile app available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Landlords can manage their properties on the go, and tenants can pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and message their landlord directly from the app.
As a platform that handles payments, Innago takes data security very seriously. We use bank-level encryption to protect financial transactions and sensitive data, which is stored on PCI-compliant services like Authorize.net. Our entire application runs in an SOC2-compliant data center behind a firewall. We also use adaptive MFA sign-on features provided through Auth0 to further protect your account.
