In today’s age, we can track just about anything. You can track the exact location of your Amazon package, UberEats order, or groceries in their delivery truck and even know how many stops away it is. The ability to see the status of online transactions provides transparency and assures us that everything is running smoothly.
At Innago, we want to offer our users the same luxury. So, we’re happy to announce the release of our new rent payment tracking feature. This feature allows you to track all incoming rent payments from Innago, letting you know exactly when your funds will be deposited into your bank account. You can check the status of rent payments at any time without having to worry about when they’ll come through.
How to Track Payments
Want to know when to expect an upcoming deposit after a tenant submits a payment? We’ve got you covered with our Track Payment feature.
When a tenant submits a payment, you can track the status of that deposit by navigating to the Invoice from the Income page (be sure to use the filter at the top of the page to expand the Date Range if necessary).
Once you’ve selected the Invoice, you’ll see a Track Payment link next to any currently processing payments. Click this link and a new pane will display, providing details of when you can expect your payment, and to which bank account.
Please note, payments from multiple tenants that are subject to the same processing times will be deposited together, as a combined deposit. You can review the details of each deposit from your Reports > Bank Deposit page. For more information on this report, click here.
For more information on our general processing times for payments, click here.
Conclusion
Our aim is to make rent collection as effortless and transparent as possible, and we hope you’ll appreciate both in our new rent payment tracking feature. You’ll have all the information we do, as soon as we have it.
