We made the switch to Innago from Avail for 2024 and have been pleased. Our biggest reasons for leaving were the expenses incurred. Because Avail charges per property, whereas Innago is free (or cheap if you decide to absorb processing fees for collecting rent). Additionally, Avail did not have the capability to support e-sign for anything except a lease, so we were forced to find third-party e-sign sites. As an added bonus, the ability for tenants to choose to have their rent payments recorded with credit agencies as a way of building credit is free through Innago. We would highly recommend Innago for landlords looking for a well-rounded property management software with many capabilities.

I did my research on landlord software. I love Innago, why ? It is free to landlords. The tenants pay $2 per transaction, xtra if paying with credit card. Intuitive, easy to use, customizable. Have a question? Innago representatives will get back to you within a day or sooner. Innago software will keep you posted on who paid, who is late, when a rental agreement is ready to expire, and a lot more. The tenants love it because they can pay with their bank account or even a credit card.

99.9% of my property management business I run my Innago phone app. Innago has been a one stop shop for me that is easy to use, customizable and affordable. Innago is the 1st app that has been able to easily allow me to manage income and expenses of all my properties & from my phone. Multi-Family, SF, condos & medium-term rentals. Being able to customize templates for applications, leases, etc. by location and property is amazing. Keeping track of all my expenses was the hardest for me to do. A good resource for property management. It provides a level of formality that allows for an interaction with the tenant that is closer to the needs of the relationship. I have been able to create a distance that may allow me to enforce the lease. For instance, it allows me to generate reminders when the lease will be due and/if it’s past due, so I don’t have to remember myself. Also, I don’t have to come across negatively to the tenant when sending reminders for past payments. It’s solving the problem of communicating with the tenant. It benefitted me because communication with the tenant has gone very sour, and the platform allowed me to create a new chapter in a chain of communication that seem unproductive at best and toxic at worst.

I absolutely love Innago! I can list my properties on Zillow and realtor.com, screen tenants, and increase app fees so I can profit from them. I can make my own lease, add tenants, receive payments and work order request all through this website. It will also charge late fees, sends notifications to tenants about late fees and payments. Basically everything a property management company would do. Tenants can submit work orders and owners can keep up with expenses via this FREE site. It’s a no-brainer to use it.
